    /shrugs

I thought you were a Liverpool fan?! Pleased with the squad tbh, would be a shame to oust the kids when they've done well so far.

Can't beat a bit of Boxing Day football. Tonight I'll mainly be flitting backwards and forwards to the TV as the in-laws arrive tonight. Not sure I'll get away with plonking myself down in front of the box all night.

Aye! Blades v Norwich with the old man, then back to a hearty meal prepared by the ladies of the family! Marvellous.

I thought the same thing about the "super-sub" in one-day cricket. It was like they really, honestly believed that calling it "super" would have people rolling through the turnstiles in a way they wouldn't have done for an ordinary "sub", but it just made them look sad and out-of-touch.

    Arsenal through :(

Doncaster looked so deflated, but I suppose you would be conceding so late on!

The one that hit the post was unlucky, and Almunia's second save was good, but that second miss from Doncaster was a very poor penalty imo. Once it went to penalties, unfortunately I could only see Arsenal winning, even Pascal Cygan can take good penalties :/

    Feck! Feck! Feck!

Just got back from Belle Vue (Live about 10 mins walk away) everybody is absolutely gutted.

I am first and foremost a Liverpool support but the dissapointment of my local side has infected me tonight. Arsenal didn't deserve to win they scammed a victory from a battling side who were better than them on the night.

Im not saying anything more I don't want to troll but if I will say one thing its this.

PASCAL ******* CYGAN YOU CHEATING FRENCH **** MAY YOU ROT IN THE FIREY PITS OF HELL!

    /goes to bed deflated

WTF are you lot talking about tonight?

Doncaster played a great game, i admit, but looking at the stats:

    Attempts: D 11 A 23
    On Target: D 7 A 13
    Corners: D 3 A 8

Admittedly Almunia was a major part of the win, but WTF!? Paul robinson made 3 splendid saves on the weekend and nobody said anything, but almunia makes a few saves and all of a sudden we SCAMMED a victory!?!

Arsenal played great tonight, final ball lacking but the KIDS did bloody well. Just like vs Sheff Utd in the fa last year.

    Awesome game, awesome result

    Stick that.
