I made the most amazing burger for lunch yesterday. I had the butcher make me up a fresh 100% ground steak burger, then I cooked it on a griddle pan. Added a big lump of stilton on top, then put it into the oven to finish off cooking. In the bun I had jalepenos, onion, mustard, ketchup, and sweetcorn relish. It was glorious...
I watch too much Man Vs. Food too.
Heh, totally busted. Yes it was basically because of watching him eat a great looking burger on telly the night before

Lexx, you're more than welcome. You can be my new "Feeder" project.

I made some leftover burgers over christmas when my mate was staying. 1/2 pound burgers topped with Paté, streaky bacon, brie & cranberry relish. Immense.

The M&S Chicken Triple is rather nice.

Give yourself ½ gig or a £, you're worth it.

Tuna and egg baguette, was alright

Tonight (matthew) I am making a thai red curry sauce, which I am going to pour over a big portion of scampi and serve with rice. Yummers.

Tuna and egg? Is that a common combination?

I can't see it working myself, but then again the idea of tuna and cheese doesn't work in my head but it seems to have caught on.

    'Sup, what's guanine?

Made this in 10 mins this morning - http://i.imgur.com/Aoqfi.jpg

50g Couscous - cooked by pouring in boiling water in bowl and leaving covered for 5 mins.
Then added Tomato, spinach, beetroot, unsalted mixed nuts with sultanas.

Touch of olive oil and seasoning - voila

Dedicated to my bros - you know who you are!

Just had one of them Innocent vegetable curry pots. Very filling, tastes ok... not bad for 90p from the supermarket bargain bucket.

I just ate a footlong Subway in about 3 minutes. That can't be healthy.

Playing all the right notes— but not necessarily in the right order.

That faux-Japanese place, Wasabi, God I hate them. All the food in there looks and tastes like crap, the place is filled with cunty japanophiles and Asian culture fanboys, but I needed a chicken dumpling noodle soup and I only have 30 minutes for lunch. :/
Wasn't that bad honestly, still... almost £6 is a little steep for 3-4 dumplings in a salty broth.
