    Juts had some dairylea and some cracker wheat, like eating wet scabs.

    Then to top it off one of the nurses pipes up "oh low fat lunch, the girls all been saying you've needed to lose some for a while now".

    It's the only way! Get them nice and crispy.

    A small amount of parmesan cheese or mayonnaise is a nice addition to scambled egg, makes it creamier.

    mmm awesome falafel from a little shop near monument

    organic hummus, chilli sauce and a big fat pitta, crunchy falafel and lots of veggies

    for a vegitarian lunch it truly was magnifique

    i had my usual goudasalami and goudakaas in some lovely bread. i bring it to work wrapped in tinfoil.

    Then when done with lunch you fold the tinfoil into it's shape and put it on your head.
