One of my colleagues brought in some Polish jaffa cakes yesterday. The cherry ones were 9 different shades of amazing.

You know how Sainsbury's do those boxes of instore baked biscuits? The gingerbread men are fucking awesome, better than Ginger Nuts.

Since I've been working from home quite a lot, a developed a bit of an Oreo problem. I think the key is the combination of dark-ish chocolate flavour with a little more salt that you'd expect in a biscuit. Currently my favourite, followed by Walkers Shortbread and Lemon Thins.

I can't remember - why do some biscuits go stale and others hard!?

Cake goes hard, biscuits go soft.

If stales cakes go hard and biscuits go soft, can we not make some kind of cake/biscuit hybrid that keeps forever?

    Bourbons.

And anyone mentioning things like wagon wheels, jaffa cakes, doughnuts in a biscuit thread should be reported to the mods for going off topic!

I never liked dry biscuits much. I prefer stickier treats.

If you can read this you really need to fiddle with your forum settings.

Jeff Minter is tweeting about malted milks. Now I must venture to Tesco and buy some, such are my taste buds a tingling.

I can't stop eating dark chocolate Hob Nobs. They're the very definition of more-ish to me.

I can't really think of any other biscuit I don't like other than Malted Milks. They are bloody horrible things.
I'd rather eat a packet of dry Rich Tea.

No, you'll find that the definition is "cunting wankshit pointless expression that should be banned from ever being uttered again"

If you buy a pack from Tesco and a pack from Asda you can nibble one cow out of each and make a complete 3D biscuit cow.
