Ugh, Roger is fucking terrible, he ruins the show. Any Roger-heavy episode is usually worth skipping. The show is best when it satirises conservative America.

I think Steve deserves his own show.....Love his voice and everything about him, really strong character.
One of my favourite scenes was when he's out buying an anniversary gift for his parents but doesnt have much money...
He chooses something and goes up to pay and says,(from memory) "I shall be paying some cash some with a cheque, and the rest with the value of this dance"...puts out his hand..and says "may I?" -

Registered 7 years agoRoger is probably my favourite character, next to Stan. I admit he moans a bit too much sometimes though (Roger). As far back as I can remember I always wanted to be a ninja.

You simply don't get it then. Like those strange people whom find Seinfeld unfunny.

Roger is brilliant, some of the best eps are Roger heavy. -

Registered 7 years agoI think what he means is that the type of humour of Roger doesn't click well with you, rather than suggesting you don't understand the jokes themselves. I find Cable Guy and The Mighty Boosh hilarious at times but friends of mine just don't 'get' it at all.As far back as I can remember I always wanted to be a ninja.

It's off the wall at times, or frankly out and out random..... -

It was one of the best yet imo. Absolutely superb from start to finish, every joke was spot on, each of Rogers little "bits" and the crack commercial too were hilarious. The negotiator was brilliant as well. All in all pretty much a perfect episode.
Basically; it was gas. -

Registered 7 years agoAll good except for the negotiator - straight unashamed copy of South Park. Macfarlane usually at least tries to mask his blatant copies of absolutely everything.Pissy pants.

Rogers knowing smile when Stan said that was...golden!
"Roger I stole eight of your wigs. I didn't sell them, it's just SUPER fun to wear wigs when your high!"
Roger: Subtle nod.
Me: Lulz!

The RAD bmx parody from the latest episode was fucking AMAZING!
It's seriously one of my fave films but I never see it mentioned ever.
Seriously it's cheesy as hell, but it's basically 90 minutes of pure 80s cheese montages.
The only time American Dad has made me happier was last season where they played the song "The Touch" -
