You missed the fact that cheese is a bit of a twat who tries to cover up the gnawing chasm that is his self worth by trying- and failing- to be an internet tough guy.

Lmao yes props to Unc Higgy. He's captured the essence of golf beautifully via the Sax.

@el_pollo_diablo I found the music annoying so I turned it off. Loving the game though.

    And.......done.

    Loved it. DLC forthcoming please.

Even got into the music while playing. A lovely game to curl up and play, Game Boy style.

Iím rubbish with the disc throwing. Has anyone got any tips for controlling them. Iím stuck on this part - https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=a3j0_kQhkkE, and canít carry on with the story if I donít succeed.

@Pazie Hi Pazie - if you throw the disc at 3/4 to full power it stays in the air for ages, so you should have plenty of time to navigate the course.

I'm not sure of the axis, but either up or down on the d-pad/analogue stick makes the disc drop faster as well.

    Hope this helps!

You want to use left and right on the stick to weave it. I had to google it. Easy once you understand the mechanic

That's a very bizarre glitch! At least the developers have it covered with the inbound patch. Still surprised it made it through testing considering it appears a number of people have been suffering the same bug.

Thanks for the tips Geeza and Jive, Iíll give it another go and this time use my pro controller instead of it in handheld mode, that may help too.

I finished the story mode last night. Really enjoyable little game but I'd had my fill by the end. Quite easy and relaxing to play.

Has the developer mentioned timelines for the patch?

It sucks right - it also doesn't help that it's a convenient stopping point in the mission / story.

They said they've put the patch in for approval, but I don't know how long these things take.

I'm pretty sure it's submitted for approval, so I guess it's on Nintendo now.

Having finished Steamworld Dig 2 last night I was all ready to go on this one, but then I remembered the patch! I hope it comes soon. I'm eager to going!

Not enough of a reason to avoid the game, it's not majorly broken, just don't save in the clubhouse.

Well, i've already made a start on Splatoon 2's single player now, so i'll get that out the way first. I tend to be very wary of things like this as i've had experiences in the past where a game has bugged out and hours of progress have gone down the drain. It makes it feel as if all that time was wasted, even if it was still enjoyed.

The only bug Iíve came across is when the character got stuck and you would need to close the game and start it up again. Itís only happened twice and I didnít loose much game progress, if any.
