    @Inertia I was looking for Sine Mora as well. Not showing on the Switch and the web version of the eshop says TBD, not available yet. :(

    Anyone picking up Rocket fist? I like the concept, but I don't know much else about it. I'm hoping it offers more than a multiplayer mode, which still looks rather decent.

    @Mageme

    I think the info I posted earlier means it's out now for other platforms and tbc for the switch.

    edit: devs have confirmed it will be released at some point in the future for the Switch.

    Played the demo on Steam. Has a really nice Hyper Light Drifter theme. Combat is hard mind.

    Just to add to the previous discussion about Overcooked on Switch. Yes, the frame rate isn't great, but it is far from unplayable and far from a game-breaking experience. My only complaint with the game is how fiddly it is picking up and putting things down! I'm hoping I get better at it with practice, but the amount of times i've picked the wrong thing up.

    @DangerousDave_87

    I think it's supposed to be fiddly. The question is whether it's extra fiddly because of the inconsistent frame rate.

    @rice_sandwich It's borderline annoying, but it's certainly not ruining the experience for me. It just makes things all the more chaotic. I don't think it's the frame rate causing the issues, either. I think it's more the camera angle and player movement. Sometimes you feel like you're positioned properly, but they grab the item next to the one you were going for.

    Edit - I have to say as well, the game was harder than I was anticipating. I managed to 3-star the opening four levels, but the rest of them (up to World 2-2) seem quite out of reach. That pirate ship level in particular is quite tough to get any consistent plan down.

    We've been lucky to get 2 stars on the first few levels. Three stars seems very hard with 2p.

    Graceful Explosion Machine is on offer at the minute. Dare I say it, but it more closely resembles Resogun and I found it a more enjoyable follow up than Nex Machina.

    It's fiddly and unreliable to pick up stuff in Overcooked on the PS4 as well. I don't have it on the Switch, because I own it on the PS4 and I don't even like it anyway, so I can't tell you if it's worse, but overall it's part of the game for sure.

    @DangerousDave_87 Definitely agree that GEM is a great Resogun fix, but I'd argue that Matterfall will be Housemarque's Resogun successor. Nex Machina is something else entirely imo.

    Been playing phantom trigger all afternoon. Its pretty good, very much like hyper light drifter. If you liked that game id definitely recommend it.

    @Ghibli Nex Machina is something quite different, but I was going out would be my next shooter fix. First impressions were great, but longevity died as I failed to read the screen properly on higher difficulties. It's just too detailed for my eye balls.

    GEM on the other hand is a million times easier to read and can still offer a decent challenge.

    @DangerousDave_87 Yeah, totally agree. I'm a housemarque fan, but I'm not big on Nex.

    My grateful explosion machine is also on offer...

    I can pay GEM for hours at a time as it had great longevity. I'm not sure your sausage will be able to compete with that.

    I have to agree with Dave's assessment of Nex. I adore Resogun, but Nex felt a little off to me, it didn't really sustain my interest beyond initial 'yay its a new housemarque game!' But Ghibli is right in that is a different beast entirely.

    But err... Yeah , i picked up GEM earlier today and the initial impressions are really positive. Looks beautiful on the switch's screen, and so far it is a really intriguing title. Gonna take a while to get used to the switch ship and boost buttons but i got in a right trance with it earlier.

    And the ship movements, when you do flip is rather graceful too!

    It's got a very satisfying feel to it, I think. I'll have to see where your name crops up in the leaderboards. I've been looking for some friendly competition for a while now!

    Probably not, but Overcooked was released with less than a week's notice.

    I appear to be the sole Ironcast player in this thread.

    I recommend it, they did a great job porting it from the PC version and there’s a few extra elements to it that weren’t in the PC version when I played it (probably patched into PC version since).

    Turn based match 3, but don’t let that put you off, there’s ample strategy to it, and the setting is well imagined.
