Got me a PSVR for black friday - argos £239 with GT Sports. Pretty blown away by the whole thing!
Struggling to find decently priced PS Move controllers though!

Ebay is full of scalpers selling a set of two for either RRP (for second hand) or touble the amount!

CEX had them in for £18 - but quickly upped the price to £22 each - but so far they are the cheapest.

As for new - nobody has them in stock! APart from a few that are charging over the RRP...

    Seems PSVR has exploded recently.

    I've got:
PS Worlds, GT SPorts, Rigs (PS+ Giveaway), Rush of Blood (PS+) the two VR demo disks, and Batman Arkham VR.

    Any suggestions beyond that?

Worth downloading the full Allumet story from the Ps Store (free)
Worth messing around with the VR videos on YouTube but the interface is clunky.

If you have star wars battlefront (the first one) there is a great free xwing mission.

Does anyone wear glasses while having the headset on ? I heard it scratches the vr lens.
Iíve been putting on contacts just to use this thing.

I do. I can't use it without. I bought some blockers to add to the headset so my glasses can't touch the lenses.

Bloody Christmas we have moved the coffee trunk to put the tree up and now I have no space to stand up and play VR. Grrrrrr

Smooth turning in Skyrim is lovely :) So glad they added that.

I'm not a fan of the spell aiming crosshairs though, and I couldn't find a way to disable them. Thankfully someone on Reddit figured it out - you have to go into the game using a Dual Shock 4, go into the options and disable the crosshair, exit the game, turn off your DS4 and switch on the Moves, then go back into the game. The option is just missing in the menus when using Moves.

@Godofporn I sometimes use glasses, sometimes contacts. I find both fine, no problems with scratches as long as I'm careful. The only difference really is that when I use glasses I have the lights turned off as the headset can't be pulled quite as close to my face so having the lights off helps prevent light coming in around the edge.

they annoyed me at first,as I'm only using spells at present, but I found them useful for pointing at chests/urns/objects, whereas before it was a bit hit and miss where I was pointing

I just nearly had a cardiac arrest while playing Rush of Blood, even though it wasn't even that scary.

I'm loving Eve Valkyrie at the moment, and Robinson.

Is that added in now? I'm away from home at the moment so can't check. So the turn buttons on the right move controller now move smoothly instead of the bollocks flipping thing? Is that right?

Yes :) There is also a turn speed slider, but I liked the default turn speed so didn't play with that.

Oooh, finally got around to trying Bound via VR. SO pretty - like Rez and Journey had a baby. Big thank you to the guys on here recommending it as I didn't even realise that it had a VR option.

Bound is magical. I can see why people might not like it if they're looking for more of a platforming challenge than a fantastic visual journey, but as long as you know what you're getting into it's a great VR experience.

The camera really annoys me in Bound from the small amount I've played, but maybe I'm controlling it wrong. Very pretty game though, definitely plan to go back to it.

The camera is a little odd at first - you have to push up on the right stick (I think) to re-centre it behind your character.

Instantly unlocked the trophy for dancing for one full minute (sorry, can't spoiler-guard that on this tablet) - not sure if I should be chuffed or embarrassed about that.

I've been struggling a bit to get used to the controls on Doom VR using either the farpoint or the move controllers. However, I have found that using the pad as normal to move and shoot with just the head movement for aiming, is miles better and now I am a fully capable demon killer again.

    Fantastic stuff

@Reacher seen people on the PSVR subreddit saying the standard pad is by far the best way to play it. Hopefully theyíll improve the aim controller support.

@ecu Yeah, it's just a bit too fiddly with the aim controller. It's magical with the pad though, just brilliant.

Just saw a PSVR in an episode of Dark Matter. Looks like Sony will be supporting it for a few hundred years at least. 😀

Looking forward to the Last Guardian demo, I reckon that will be really cool. Itís a shame there is no bigger project planned but I bet if everyone loves it that could change.
