I really want it but as i'm still enjoying Horizon far too much i'll wait till its closer to 40-50 sheets. Though if i end up getting Arizona Sunshine my resolve will collapse :)

@ChrisOTR I wouldn't worry about that :) My triggers seem to be knackered so I'll be squarely blaming that ;)

So played an hour of Farpoint. So far it was a lot of fun. It looks visually impressive. The aim controller is so recommended for the experience.

I got worn out so quickly though. Also found it difficult to recenter myself during shooting sequences, however when you hold the options button it shows you the grid and where the camera is.

I am going to be playing more of this as I now have 3 days off work.

I suppose they don't see much point given almost everything has been on sale in the past few weeks. The only one one my wishlist that hasn't is Rollercoaster Dreams, and it might've been in the first sale when I got my PSVR but I didn't know it existed.

Arizona sunshine zombie thing looks interesting, though the choice of teleportation or locomotion makes me think it'll be point-to-point areas where you're 'placed' into an area to shoot stuff, as opposed to being able to freely walk around.

    Hopefully I'm wrong.

    Comes out next month too.

@quadfather It's been on pc for ages - it's completely free roaming, although the levels are a little corridor-ish. Just really big, wide open corridors for the most part. When you get in buildings you can go all around them.

@quadfather Did you know you can play that excellent-looking game with the shiny new Aim controller? ;)

    @DFawkes

If you ever get Rollercoaster Dreams, let me know how it is :)

I love the idea, but the way the dev has gone about it really rubbed me up the wrong way. Overpriced, and the demo locking you out of all the actual content as well as the VR function (you know, the actual thing that needs a demo!). Reminded me too much of a cynical Greenlight/XBLIG cashgrab.

@quadfather I enjoy it, it's still a little shallow as most vr games are, but it can be genuinely terrifying and on the Vive the co-op and room scale stuff works really well. To loot cars you actually have to manually open the doors and search around.

There's also a horde mode style mode that's a lot of fun for short bursts, but causes a lot of panic as the zombies inevitably overwhelm you.

Best shooting I've played in VR so far, all of the weapons have a lot of punch to them and reloading is simple but satisfying as you grab new clips from your belt.

PSVR has sat unused for a few weeks now, but omg this reminded me why it's soooo good.
Was very odd as had a fan on that really made it feel more real lol
Aim is as accurate as I'd hoped, might get the other aim game on psn later will be more the fiancées thing

Ordered farpoint earlier from very (£58 using code)
Is the aim controller compatible with any other games or is it just farpoint for now?

I've not used psvr for a couple of months so anything else come out recently thats worth a go?

Thanks. I don't actually own the game but I've been close to pulling the trigger a few times so this news may push me over the finish line.

So Amazon delivered my Farpoint bundle yesterday in the end. I've played an hour or so and agree with the general consensus that the Aim controller is brilliant but the game itself is a little bit average.

That said, I've enjoyed my time with it so far and I hear it picks up. The controller is really what elevates this above mediocrity, in my opinion. This reviewer considers it an unnecessary peripheral but I couldn't disagree more.

Can't wait to try some more games with the controller.

Quite looking forward to digging this out later. Just looking through my games and I've not yet played lethal vr or batman.
