Didn't Vince cable recently say that during the coalition govt, 9 research papers, which showed that migration had minimal impact on wages, were prevented from being published by the home office?
    He did, because it's true

Despite what the Tories, UKIP, the Mail, Express, Sun and Corbyn say about migrant labour

Pampered western europeans? You mean people wanting a decent wage, conditions and no china-style suicide nets outside buildingss.

There was a fruit seller on the news moaning he just won't get any brits to pick fruit. Put up the wages and don't go on so many foreign holidays you twat.
And then he has to put up his prices to compensate. It's not as simple as just increasing wages.

"Conservative MPs have warned Theresa May that their support for her government’s Brexit legislation is not unconditional, as they demanded significant changes to the EU withdrawal bill within minutes of backing it."

Don't you all feel safer now. They're looking out for you, really!

New Labour Caroline Flint abstains = sexist abuse, calls of being a traitor and a scab

Old Labour Dennis Skinner and Ronnie Campbell vote with the government = somehow fine?

I really hate this kinder gentler politics Labour has adopted sometimes

Looks like the online nasty brigade from the Canary pounced before realising that it was someone from the left not the right of the party joining the tories. But then when have facts ever troubled that crowd.

If Labour disagree with a party policy they will vote against it. But Tories almost always close ranks and do what is necessary to keep power. Whatever is necessary.

This would be so much more interesting if I lived in another country and was merely reading about it in grim fascination.

Turns out Skinner's explanation is that he knew it was a bad bill but he just loves Brexit and his ego too much

What an idiot. Sorry, but to give your explanation as 'I'm the only man in Parliament to have voted against every treaty' but still acknowledge it's a Tory power grab is insane!

Skinner calls Cameron dodgy Dave and then comes out with this dribble and votes for the dodgiest dodge since Dodgeville.
