Will definitely be waiting for reviews on it, but I love the look of it and the mc design. Also, robo-dinos \o/

Could be special, could be a bit meh. We shall see.

New Tomb Raid games is a bit odd, it looks very different. I didn't like the new TRs so that's not good ;(

    (I don't even have a PS4 but I like robo-dinos)

Think they meant in terms of traversal and character movement.

That does look rather lovely. I definitely want this game, the release is just so close to Mass Effect. I don't wont to rush it, so might have to wait until after.

@DUFFMAN5 I'm thinking the same, actually away when this is released and don't get back until the middle of March.

It does look great though, will definitely be picking it up.

A few more videos popping up now with a decent amount of gameplay on show, watched a bit of this one and well, I'm 100% onboard, it looks brilliant.

Looks great but the gameplay is always going to be a worry when it's from the people that made Killzone.

Haha, sorry Duffman! I'm supposed to be focusing on my backlog so shouldn't even be looking at new releases.

Yeah, Shadowfall wasn't really anything to write home about.

Does look lovely though, and I like the premise behind it. Have there been any hands-on previews yet?

Thought some of the gunplay was decent in shadow fall. The main thing that fucked it up was the floating bits.

Nice little preview on Engadget. Extremely positive first impressions based on 4 hours play.

I actually thought the gameplay was excellent in Shadowfall; it was the game itself that was somewhat poor. Bit of a mixed bag and some of it was great, but there was some shockingly bad level design and mechanics as well. All in all it was far far better than previous Killzone games that looked amazing but felt all floaty and weird.

I feel like they've been slowly improving as a dev. Here's hoping it finally all comes together.

Shadowfall suffered from being a launch title. Much in the same way Forza 5 did and Turn 10 have a great reputation.

That being said I've never rated Killzone so I'm still trepidatious. The premise is cool and it looks nice, fingers crossed.

You can tell it's decent at worst. It all looks nice and chunky and fluid. I'm sure it plays well. Whether it's actually a great game or not (as with all open world games) will just depend on the variety of missions and gameplay, and whether it can maintain a steady build to keep you going. So few open world games achieve this. I really hope it's properly good as the PS4 really needs more top drawer exclusives. 2 or 3 isn't enough at this stage.

I'm just struggling to get excited about this. Robot dinosaurs aside, it all just looks a bit bland.

It's a phenomenon known as the "quantum unburninment boson". It's the reason why Pepper Potts doesn't burst into flames when Iron Man flies really fast with her. You weird little man.

It does look a step up from the way Ubisoft games play in the moment to moment. Nice, chunky and tactile.

Will certainly be keeping an eye on it. It is beautiful too, is the footage shown so far of the standard PS4 do we know?

Yes I'm sure they're using the inferior graphical technology to hype this game...
