@OllyJ Cainhurst involves an invitation that you get and then go to the cross roads near the Witches of Hemwick and a coach (not of the national express variety) appears and takes you there.

@mrcrumley Yeah, I don't think I have the invitation, so I'll have to figure that out. up for the little detour as I can't imagine I have much more to do now.

Amygdala was ok in the end, if anything it was the camera that messed me up more often than not. Overhead swings managed to catch it in all the weak spots.

@OllyJ You get the Cainhurst Summons from upstairs in Iosefka's clinic after opening the back route in from the Forbidden Woods and after beating the Witch of Hemwick.

hahaaaaaaaaaa yeah I feel that's accurate, especially if you go level up OTT after getting beat a few times.

@OllyJ I'm sure it's in one of the medical rooms (upstairs) don't think it's a million miles away from ioefskas clinic.

EDIT just spotted that you've already got it! Ignore me.

Lady Maria down, and the Vicar. I think only one more boss of the DLC left.

I've really enjoyed this game but the bosses really do get pretty boring the further into the game you get. I did the last 4 last night and they were all painfully boring.

Yeah have to agree, bosses are a bit one note.

I thought Micolash was a piss take.  I mean who thought running around in circles while he spouts rubbish constantly was fun. It's disappointing and all feels a bit rushed end game.

Apologies I should've spoiler tagged. A lot of people seem to think the DLC is best part of the game in regards to boss fights.

micolash was a bit meh. the first part would Need Routine and skill and then you would drop down to the final area for which you needed minutes of work for just so he would use his arcane bullshit and one shot kill you. I think I had 30 goes at him until I finally made it.

But in NG++ some dude I summond showed me the cheese way. facepalm

but no, I don't think the DLC bosses are the best ones in the game, not by far.

I just chased him till he jumped down then used my fully upgraded Evelyn with bone marrow ash to shoot him. He just stood still and let me keep shooting him.

If you stand close to Micolash he never uses the fuck you one shot attack and you can break him out of starting to do it too by attacking him soon after the animation start. If you're aggressive the fight is a lot easier, no need to cheese.

It's a lore/story event first and a fight second. Not rushed IMO but very different from other boss fights by design.

I’m on Micolash now. Nearly got him first go.

Done Cainhurst, great level that was! Can’t have much to do now.
