Every single time I've been to a gig or a night out, all the DJs or sound engineers are using a MBP.

I do wonder why people come into threads about products they don't like to make comments to people who aren't interested in their opinion? Just seems a very strange way to pass your time.

Anyway must admit that this looks very awesome, way outside of my price range or usage but a fine looking bit of kit nonetheless.

It's a bit better when they actually know something.

Fancy thin laptop. Throtle to 1.2 GHz under any heavy load. LOL

If you want some laptop to work on, 17" fat gaming machine is the only choice. Everything else thin-Macbook like can't cool itself
Go and cool yourself. Preferably by sticking your head underwater for an hour or so.

I'm not sure you've understood Intel's boost technology properly.

@moron Give it a rest. If you don't like Apple that's fine, plenty of people do just leave them to it.

    2 things about Apple

    1. Plenty, if not most, people who like them, just like them and aren't obsessed with them
    2. Cost effectiveness and even being 100% fit for purpose is almost completely irrelevant and you are missing the point

Whoa, one well-formed thread title and the well-oiled arm of EG justice comes smashing down. There's a lesson here somewhere.

There is indeed only one law of physics, and it relates directly to the screensize of the laptop.

So I watched the keynote and some small part of me wishes I could get sucked into the spume of hyperbole that seems to beckon you people so effortlessly, but then I remember that I'm not a fucking retard and I may have money, but I also have sense.

Just put a shotgun in your mouths now and get it fucking over with.

And a good morning to you too sunshine.
Why do you watch a 90 minute conference of stuff you've been hating since somewhere in the 90s?
