Registered 8 years agogod, this patch is taking aaaaaaaaaaaaaages to download...
i'v ejust spent an hour reading the US forums about the new Honour system...and it just depresses the hell out of me. I'm probably just gonna end up on a RP server or something. I don't mind PVP at all, if I have a chance, but where is the fun in being killed over and over again? Apparently there is a lot of Corpse camping going on, as well as on quest givers/windriders.

Guilds: Wen Tzu Enclave and Nemesis
type /join eurogamer (eurogamer chat channel)
and /join NWF (crossguild chat channel)

Just a thought.

Registered 11 years agoThis is a good thread, there are only two others that I've seen, one is mainly about the Beta and the other is about pre-ordering.
Think it will be more useful as a log of which server name people are on. I assume it will only be release day when we find out what the server names are though. -

Sorry Panda, but your specified guild name is actually against the rules - your not allowed to use titles such as "Elite" or "King".
Anyway, i'll be playing it on release date, i'll stick to a PvP server and i'll be a Nightelf Hunter called Pirotic. -

Registered 9 years agoEasiest way to go about it is like we did for the Beta.
First person on, probably someone who has booked the day off, picks a server and joins it. Then posts the server name into this thread. Everyone checks this thread and joins the same server.
Once everyone is on, probably later in the day, we can start to collect together names and sides. From there we can build the respective guilds up for Alliance / Horde players.
Oh, and for 1 (or was it 10) Gold I believe you can create you own Guild Tabard with your own little design on it to hand out to new members. -

I have the day booked off, but sadly EG will be down so i cannot post what server i'll join.
So we need to agree before hand ideally, i'll suggest PvP1 -

Reasons for this is that not all of us will be playing from day one, so in order to allow all of us to join over the months, we choose some higher number say 20+ for both the Horde and Alliance Server (must be different servers!).
I havnt got an email yet from simply, so I may be out of luck on friday

Registered 9 years agoDepending what time the servers go up and with the good news from simplygames ill be on asap as I have the day off so ill post a PvP horde server. (you cant have a character on both sides of a single server.)
As I think Nuttah mentioned in another thread (edit now this one)It may be worth picking a server a bit further down the list to avoid the ques. They will also give the servers silly names if the US site is anything to go by.
Cant really do much till release day..

(Double edit: Nuttah dont expext any emails, i sent a nice email to SG asking when they are shipping and the response was shpping tomorrow.)

I believe for the US launch they were up from midnight but I'm assuming it won't be the same here.
Anyone clued up?
(here's to hoping that Blizzard don't open the EU servers at 9am PST.....!)

Are we still posting WoW player details in this thread then? If so, my character will potentially be a Tauren shaman (horde). Hmmm, I can see I'm going to have to give this some serious thought over the next couple of days. -
