I echo the demands for Morrowind.

Although if the off-tv play support with the PS4 turns out to be true (and I'm only cautious because I remember the talk regarding the PS3 and PSP link up) then it will be rather exciting to play The Witcher 3 on the Vita.

Do you think the Vita could handle something the size of Morrowind? I'm not so sure.

Pretty sure it could handle something like morrowind, its significantly more powerful than the original xbox and that ran it fine.

I think a Borderlands on the Vita would be amazing. That is all.

Given how good NFS:MW is, please please please Criterion port Hot Pursuit to the Vita. For 20 say as it's an old game.

    Thanks!

A new or old Fallout. I would play throught Fallout 3 anytime
A full on footy manager game, like CM2...the last one I played properly! and want spread sheet after spread sheet, tell the players what to eat and how to get their hair cut ;)
New Syphon Filter. the 2 on psp are excellent, as are the original ps1 games.
    Simpsons rpg
    King of the Hill rpg
    Futurama rpg
South Park the stick of truth
    Spongebob rpg
A US GOLD style "Games" game

@IncredibleKoosh only if it was the Amiga, unbugged version. I'd like the idea so much that I think I'm going to fire up my old Amiga tonight :-)

I'd like to see the following on my Vita:

    - Dead Space game (not including micro-transactions)
    - GTA-esque (not necessarily GTA), such as Sleeping Dogs, Saints Row etc
    - Definitely another Uncharted, a God of War, inFamous / Ratchet & Clank game (as commented earlier)
    - XCOM (and a Chaos Easter Egg!)

plus some older games from my Amiga days:

    - Cannon Fodder
    - the Settlers
    - Wizball
    - Ruff N Tumble
    - Slamtilt Pinball
    - Banshee
    - Roadkill

plus many many more. But that should keep a few indie programmers busy for a while ;-)

I got Skulls of the Shogun recently and thought that'd be excellent on Vita. In general more turn based games would be nice since it's a format that perfectly suits mobile game playing.
So I'd echo the call for Xcom* and possibly a new FF Tactics? that's about the only way you'd get me interested in a FF game.

*In the new style of course, only bellends hate that and go on about the old ones ;)

    This.

It's awesome that a lot of people's wishlists have been met at Gamescom, with Sony undoubtably saving announcements for future shows too.* Borderlands, Minecraft, Fez, Hotline 2, Football Manager etc - the best Sony show in terms of Vita so far!

If they can get a proper version of Minecraft running it could be the Vita's breakout hit as a mainstream device. (As long as they advertise it properly!)

edit:*confirmed by Shahid on Twitter that there is a lot they didn't announce!

    Papers, Please
    Cart Life
    First Party Games
3D version of Pinball Heroes with many more tables (Would pay full retail price for a set of 20 tables.)

...are the 4 I want to add to my wishlist. Very happy about the immediate future at the moment though.

2 CD-Roms (apparently), so we are talking under the 2GB in size... plus if the XboxOriginalOne could run it...

Highly unlikely to ever appear. Bethesda can barely be bothered to support their existing games.

Looking forward to Borderlands 2 on Vita. I enjoyed the first but played it immediately before the sequel came out so have not played that yet.

Having just finished VLR I would quite like to play something else in that genre.

Very pleased with the announcements - especially Borderlands 2 and Minecraft!

However, I would have also liked to see some AAA, first party titles announced too - afterall, where's Gran Turismo, God of War or another Uncharted?

    Borderlands 2 you say :-)
Might be time to buy a vita and keep it this time!
When does the price drop arrive.

Borderlands 2 ( if done right) sounds fantastic and I have been waiting to play minecraft for ages :)

It just leaves me wanting more though, maybe Diablo 2 or something similar

Every Sony Worldwide Studio is working on PS4 games at the moment, hopefully side project Vita games will evolve into a focus once those games start being completed.

I think we can expect something from Sucker Punch once Second Son is complete.

I was really hoping X-Com Enemy Within would be for the Vita too - hopefully a Vita port will follow the main versions.

The announcement of Borderlands 2 only makes me hope that a port of Fallout 3 and or New Vegas could one day appear on Vita. Never played B2 so looking forward to it on Vita. Is it similar to FO in that you can just go off and explore buildings and loot? Can it be played completely solo? Not interested in Co-op.

OK, Borderlands 2 and Fallout 3 are completely different. Fallout is a proper RPG, which you technically can play as a FPS, but you really shouldn't (VATS FTW).

Borderlands 2 is a FPS first, with some RPG/Looting elements, but it's not truly open world - more like large levels/arenas - and less about exploration.

That said, Borderlands 2 is great solo (better in coop), with a decently engaging story. Despite owning it and completing it (3 times) on PS3, I'll be first in line for the Vita version (assuming it's not bollocks'ed up)

Thanks, played a little of Borderlands 1 but not enough to know what it's really like, still sounds appealing to me though and will be a day 1. Like I said, the fact they can put a game of this magnitude onto the little vita cards bodes well for other similar sized games like Fallout!
