Basically a SWAT simulator, currently going very cheap as they're looking for funding, currently got a playable alpha build.

Pretty bloody good, like a slower, more tactical version of Frozen Synapse. 22 single missions available now, campaign and mission creator/generator to be made available later.

Looks brilliant. Been a long time since I planned a mission in Rainbow Six.

Looks good. I think I prefer true turn-based to hybrid, but then I have no reaction times.

It's pause-when-you-like, so twitching is optional.

Bought it last night and played through 5 or 6 missions and despite being hard I really enjoyed it. It's lacking waypoints and timing commands that Rainbow Six had right now and I think once they're in it'll be brilliant fun.

It does need waypoints and other features but even now it's great fun. Well worth the $7.99 they're asking at the moment.

If any game ever needed a Diana Vickers endorsement it's this one.

Bought this last night. Hoping it runs well with touchscreen controls.

Hmm. Finally got round to playing this, and I'm left feeling very cold. The controls are a bit of a letdown - really floaty and an odd combination of real-time/pause-and-move. I often find my men moving down corridors facing the wrong way, or right clicking when I should be left clicking, or having my men do weird circles. Ugh. It feels like a mash-up of Frozen Synapse and Hotline Miami, but does neither particularly well.

I really want to like it, but I can't be arsed persisting tbh :/

I had the same feeling, Frozen Synapse does it a lot better, although I do prefer the art style of door kickers more. I wonder if co op would improve it...
