The ending of ETD is the best thing in gaming. Couldn't really get on with the Christmas one. I've now 100%ed everything, platinum, all DLC trophies. And now I am saddened that there's no more Saints Row to play.

I've got a weird issue where the engine sounds from cars I'm driving can't be heard or just don't match up with how I'm driving. not that I need to drive much :)

I'm quite enjoying the free weekend. Brings back memories of Crackdown.

Played and completed the Saints save Christmas dlc today (very short) had fun with it, I do like the 50's setting and the Xmas/snow effects make it a fun place to be.

...to my shame I did get the candy cane cheveo! it was fun reading the constant comments while grinding to get it at least.

"Duffman the grey is thrusting in the direction of the problem! Oh, yeah!"

It's a Prototype/Crackdown style game but with much better story missions. If you're not in the mood for a funny game in that style you might as well park it now.

All the eurogamers who actually play with each other on xbl rather than just post pseudointellectual pc handwringing bollocks on the forums, love the shit out of biggy.

Late to the party but thought I would stick this on the pc as couldnt be arsed playing anything else.

Played up to where you get the super jump and super run, scaled the tower and it does indeed feel very Crackdownish.

Looking forward to continuing on with it so thats a good sign.

I really need to pick this up again. I was almost finished with it, but stopped to play something else.

The game has crashed a few times though. Seems par for the course from what I have read.

Err, never crashed with me. At least not from what I remember.

The game's pretty easy anyway, you don't really have to worry about losing much progress.

I think the PC version crashed on me twice in 20 hours and both of those were right towards the end in roughly the same place.

Like Mola says though, crashing isn't too big a deal as the game is pretty generous with ease and solid checkpoints.

Just wanted to say, I much preferred this to GTA V.

I finally got around to finishing this a few days ago.

Great game! The final boss was a bit shit though.

So is this worth a punt then? Never played a SR game, but thinking of picking up Re-Elected for the Xbone in January.

Yes. It's probably the best game ever.

Well, with that recommendation, how could I refuse. It's now on my Amazon preorder list along with Witcher 3 and Dark Souls 2.

It's very enjoyable but SR2 is still the best Saints Row.

    This space left intentionally blank.

Switched my preorder to Game. Bit of extra DLC, and possibly one of the strangest bits of preorder tat ever, an SR branded Ouija board.

SimplyGames is offering the Xbox One and PS4 versions for 28, pretty decent.

I'll probably re buy at some point but would have loved all 4 games. Got an urge to buy the first again.

That said I would like a brand new set of characters but I dare say they will stick with the current group.

Is EG going to review Re-Elected on consoles anytime soon? Very tempted to dip into this series but want to know more about performance outside the DF piece.

This is a pretty barebones port, but after loving SR3 I only played this fairly briefly on 360 and forgot how entertaining it was. Gives Infamous a bit of kick to the nuts in how to make a superhero game actually entertaining.

Bouncing around with Stan Bush accompanying me will take some time to get old.

If I've never played Saints Row before but loved Crackdown do you think this would be worth a buy?

I loved Saint's Row 4, great fun. I'd give it a shot as there is no other game like it. It is pretty take the piss though. First game in years that made me laugh.
