Its a rhythm game coming out on PC, Mac, PlayStation 3, Wii U and Xbox 360
I think it deserves a threads since I've seen 3 reviews for this game so far and they all scored 9 or above

    Funny.

The original could have been Temple run if they had done it in 3D and fugly.

If you can read this you really need to fiddle with your forum settings.

    Oh man oh man ...

... best 1200 points I have spent in yonks!

    Sssoooooo much fun!

I never managed to finish the Wii version because the last boss was a bastard too far for my reflexes, but I loved every minute of it and was probably one of my most played Wii games, especially with the catchy foot-tapping music.

This too is also dolphin-fuckingly amazing.

From the presentation to the opening scene to kick start the game, it is such a joy to behold. I was a tad worried upon watching a trailer or two that the new style may well be hectic, a little bit too busy however, if anything, it is eye-poppingly brilliant and doesn't spoil the flow of the experience at all.

... love the 'bullseye' upon running across the finish line during a perfect run - makes me smile.

    : )

I'll be playing this non-stop until BioShock Infinite will be released!

@CharlieStCloud Thanks for that, it's just what I was looking for!
I've still got a third of the original to go through so will likely wait until I've done that to get this one.

All I can say is 'best of luck' when you finally face the last boss!

    : (

... played through the whole first world ('Cloud Kingdom' I believe it is called) and perfected all the levels on the 'just right' difficulty. I am having such a joyful time. The second level before the boss is just so wonderful.

Playing the first one atm. It doesn't really play like Temple Run or the other running games; it's more like a rhythm action game.

I'm a bit worried the second one looks just like a reskin, but I'll give it a go when I'm done with this.

    Hooray ... done and dusted!

While it is a long way away, the second to last level on BIT.TRIP (before the final boss) is utterly superbly sublime. It goes on for nearly five minutes and is reasonably challenging on 'just right' however, the music is just one wonderfully long continuous music track that transcends the game to a new height of brilliancy brilliance.

The retro challenges are a little bit too tricky for my liking in the later stages ... I chose to move on from them as I dislike it when a game makes me angry.

    HULK SMASH!

I have to say, I am amazed hardly no-one is playing this seeing as it's probably one of the best games of the year thus far on any system. May well be a slightly bad time to release this on XBLA in the past week when the 'Games on Demand' sale has been (and still is) on.

    Oh well.

Does anyone know when this is likely to be released on the PS3? I can't seem to find it and I'd rather play something like this on the dual shock.

You are a factory of sadness.

It's incredible. Easily up there with Meat Boy as one of the best platormers on XBLA.

More people need to be playing it as it deserves to be as popular as something like Trials, but I think a lot are quite reasonably put off by the 1200 points price.

Yeah, it's out on the NA PSN now, and there was something in the EU PS Blog comments about it last week
You shouldn’t have too long to wait – hopefully no later than April.

That's quite a wait, I might end up getting it on PC or 360 instead.

You are a factory of sadness.

I begrudge paying 1200 points on XBLA games, but this is worth it in every conceivable way.

... 800 points would essentially be a bargain!

I noticed that they have changed the box cover art.

    Urgh.

The original clean design (without the scores plastered all over) is so much better.
