You can get this for a rather decent price of £6.39 if you're on PS Plus.|
After playing the demo I think the EG review of 4/10 was very harsh. Too much comparison against Trials which is obviously an extremely honed game.
6/10 is probably a fairer score[/link]
Just purchased the full game and will be active on the leaderboards!

Tempted by this. There's a demo, right?
@heavy_salad Yup Demo up on store. Decent amount of tracks available on demo as well.

I quite liked the demo (on PS3), but thought the bike felt too heavy and thus there wasn't a lot if opportunity to do tricks. Whitehead's review definitely felt a bit harsh, plus he spent too much time comparing it yo Trials Evo, which might not even be applicable for a pot of folk interested in it. I don't really have time for it right now anyway, so will pick it up when it's inevitably in a sale some time soon.

@Triggerhappytel You have to upgrade your bike to do tricks - that part isn't communicated well in the demo.
Tempted to buy this.

It's a good little game. Pretty average, but fun, and lot better than the EG review would suggest.
Right, i'm in.
Love this game but need more practice!

Confused about the money. I had 4000.then completed 2 more events and still only had 4000.
Isn't each event worth up to 5k, depending on how many stars you get? I got 4 stars in everything
@Gregolution AFAIK You get the money from those money sacks littered around.
Money isnt linked to event progression.
I'm really enjoying some of the later levels when you start riding on trains.
The framerate can get shocking - hopefully they can patch it up.
Oh and the pictures of people with the best scores is a nice touch esp the guy with a naked lady as his avatar
Great little game, not sure what crawled up Eurogamer's arse during the review. More entertaining than Crysis 3 so far.
I see what you guys are trying to do, but I'm still not going to buy it.
Have you tried the demo Murbal? Can't do any harm...
I did. Better than I was expecting after a 4/10 review, but the framerate doesn't do it any favours. Just feels like it needs to be slicker than it is when high levels of precision are required. But yeah, it's not Trials. Don't treat it like it.
I'm in the global top ten for the second challenge level.
I'm basically amazing.

Not being Trials is probably a good thing, TBH. I'm kind of sick of Trials.
Fun game. Enjoying it.
Got a few quid burning a hole in my pocket. What sort of upgrades did you go with?
Was saving for the dearest engine, but might go a more even route.
Hate those pneumatic lift things.
I play this with airplane mode on so I don't have to see the ghosts.
Framerate much better.

Just bought this for £5.25 and its not anywhere near as good as trials but for £5 it's a great game with plenty of content and a unique experience on vita.
The EG review wasn't harsh it was a ridiculous joke, it's as if they had an agenda because the game dared to copy the trials formula.
Bit late to the party... Been downloading lots of demos since yesterday(bought a Vita on Friday) I've really enjoyed this, was shocked when I seen the review score in the comments.
Does anyone still play it? Is it worth picking up...
I like it. I only play it now and again, but a few of us are on there, with scores to beat etc. It's quite cool how it does it too, with pics of the people at the stages.
And yes, it's certainly better than the reviews it got.
With the caveat that I've never played any of the Trials games, I think it's really good.
I've played trials and still thought it was good
Although I couldn't pull a stunt off to save my life until I read in the comments here you have to upgrade first
I'm certainly going to pick it up.

it is very difficult to get 5 stars on many levels.. you basically need a perfect run.. and this gives the game a longer life. if i was able to get them already i probably wouldn't play the game anymore.. but i still load it up now and then to try and get a 5 star run. some of the money is hard to find/collect too which adds long-term rewards.
would like to compare scores with anyone - psn: theStoneSkull
