    Demolition Man. I think the first time is when his superior say "Damn it, Spartan. I'm sick and tired of this Demolition Man shit! You're not supposed to come down here, you're not supposed to apprehend Simon Phoenix single-handedly, and you're not supposed to blow anything up!".

    Nigel Hawthorne and Bill Cobbs both say it too, with probably a few more. I love that film.

    i think it's a film about a school choir who have to practice in the church hall even though it's roof is in need of repair. in an effort to raise money for the work needed they turn to an ex-hitman who is janitor there. the story then follows him round the world as he calls in goes back to the clandestine organisation he worked for and finally accepts just one more job, the big pay-off that will help the children and also, as a secondary consequence, re-unite him with his estranged wife and daughter.
