I am guessing the other thread won't be revived.

Anyway does anyone know about or the best place to find information regarding consumer rights regarding faulty goods specifically sale items?

I ordered a watch yesterday through a company called Storm which arrived today, having set it up to the correct time and date, it then doesn't display the time as it supposed to.

When I can get the display up with a different button the time doesn't actually change at all it just remains on the time it was set up at. I know it is right twice a day, but ideally I want it be a bit more helpful.

I have also noticed this evening that said watch is no longer for sale on the website at all.

Did you not contact them? Did you order by card? Any time I have had a problem with an online purchase I've spoken to Barclaycard who freeze the payment and investigate. They have been very very good.

I have emailed the company this evening, they have a shop in Carnaby Street so will try and visit them this weekend. Just wanted to get heads up on the rights before I go in.

The watch is working as storm intended. That is to say not at all as they are absolute shite made out of tinfoil and chewing gum.
