First ep (uk pace) was quite good. Hadn't heard of this show before and was literally checking the schedules today and stumbled upon it, sounded interesting so decided to give it a go, was a good choice.

If you enjoyed the first ep, you'll love the rest of the series, great fun show.

    Maybe the US one?

Easy to torrent if you're that way inclined.

It was a lot darker than I was expecting, but good stuff. I wonder how long the show will stay interesting, as the whole 'FBI agent moves in across the street' thing seemed a little contrived and could grow old quickly.

Are you speaking as someone who saw the first episode, or the whole season. As someone who saw the whole season, it doesn't really get overused.

Yeah Trumans friend has his own storyline and the neighbor card doesnt really get played very often.

The whole thing would probably work pretty well if they werent neighbors.

I'd heard good things about this but was wary as it's FX.

    It's genuinely decent though! 7/10 I'd say

Why would that make you wary?

FX make some of the best shows currently on TV.

I'm assuming this is a U.S. pace thread but I've started watching this on ITV and enjoyed the first episode. Catching up with episode 2 tonight.

There'll be no more US Pace spoilers, as it finished some time ago. You're in for quite a treat with this, so enjoy.

Let's make it a thread rule that there'll be no hinting at future plot strands, like the cluster fuck GoT thread.

This is surprisingly good. Only 3 episodes in but I'm hooked. Love the sense of intrigue, and the music as well. The leads are great together.

    Very well-crafted.

I actually really liked the first season, thought it was solid stuff. Looking forward to watching season 2.

I don't tend to watch shows as they're released but randomly down the line so only just realised this was coming back on, for some reason I thought there'd already been 2 seasons of it!

Heads up. Appeared in the usual places tonight, and a 'nice settling back in' pace.

Bar one or two scenes. ;)

And yep, mod title change magic please !

Just watched. Great start. That one scene with the other family (thought we were seeing some important new supporting characters for the first time) shocked me.

Not bad. Always been faintly ridiculous that they expect us to believe he's got away with so much serious espionage wearing a range of disguises from Bob's Utterly Fucking Terrible Disguise Emporium, but some of the writing was quite good fun so never mind.

Wasn't really sure what the f was *meant* to be happening at the park with the guy and the other family (who are/were they?!) and everything, but hey ho. Certainly a lot more entertaining than the well-shot but terribly depressingly bleak and miserable House Of Cards, that's for sure.

That last episode was possibly the best yet.

Also apparently Rhys and Russell might be a real life couple now.

Felt a bit lightweight to begin, but now that the plotting and murkiness are seeping back in, it's picking up again. Certainly heading in a darker direction, despite the crazy historical nod (sub props espionage) but this Nicaragua tale might pan out....
