Registered 6 years agoDon't think I'm in the "nice guy" camp. I'll sometimes do or say nice things, but can be a selfish twat.
When single, I definitely fell into the "not ballsy enough to chat a girl up" pot.
Most of my relationships ended up starting as friendships. These were not girls I was only friends with if I thought I might one day sleep with them. The world is going mad. Me? I'm doing fine.

Fuck me. What kind of a depressing and cynical world do we live in now where you can't be nice to people without having an agenda?

Yes. Consider also the difference between a "nice guy" and a "good bloke". You'd think the words nice and good were straight synonyms, and equally guy and bloke, but the combinations result in quite different things. You could "kind man" and "friendly fella" to the list also.HairyArse wrote:

You would be surprised how much drama can be generated just by saying "I don't like fat women" in public. There are very good medical and social reasons why fat people (not just women) need to lose weight and moderate their lazy behaviours and eating habits.
Even nice guys don't like fattys -

Registered 8 years agoI work with 2 people who claim they are "nice guys" and can't get gf due to being women don't like "nice guys". All bullshit, one is fat bastard with nasty B.O. and has personality of a brick in the face. The other guy is door mat for this bitch he has held a candle for ages and still a emotional punching bag
But women at the office use these 2 as examples why they don't like "nice guys" (hate the phrase). My friend at work is the worse, At 44, she should of grown out of that years ago. She has a long history of bad relationships. -

Registered 2 years agoLooks are still more important than any personality trait. Think someone like who looks like ryan gosling wouldn't get female attention if he was too nice?Defeat is not getting knocked down, but refusing to get back up.
