I'm not talking just Labour or conservatives, as they aren't totally representative of left and right wing. Example labour were verging on right wing anyway, and tories are on another planet, full of butlers and immigrants held in cages,

More as in what's you're take on a successful country. I'd say extreme left here.

My political ideology or world view is, broadly speaking, in line with that of The Zeitgeist Movement.

It's all pointless. That's my view.

I'd agree. With our current government, they are all corrupt self serving muppets, run indirectly by the establishment to an agenda.

That's why I said the real political left and right, not the phony stuff we are made to beleive by the press. The self-serving millionare on the right or the hippy left wing. They both have elements of truth, but it's so twisted now it's hard to tell.

The one that's obviously correct. You know it, I know it and if you're disagreeing you're just being contrary. Or an idiot. Whatever.

Vaguely leftish, but people who declare themselves as very (or more) left wing annoy the shyte out of me, potentially even more than Tory boys. They are almost exclusively too young to know what the fuck they are talking about, or crazy old maniacs.

'Politics' is all the crap that get's smeared on top of the important stuff anyway. Only 1 step above religion in terms of the utter pointlessness of it all.

Ah crap, another Great Britain thread on EUROgamer.

Since it's an island; make it a refuge for asylum seekers for the whole of Europe. Send us the Top Gear team, you can keep the rest.

Xbox 360 and a flirtation with WiiU.

I think world view is too complicated to boil down to Left and Right. I have opinions that veer into both philosophies.

Ultimately though, it's bullshit stacked on bullshit stacked on bullshit. I'm a critic of Capitalism and religion, I don't really know where that puts me.
  • Deleted user 27 January 2013 07:10:20
Also, Labour haven't been left wing for years.

That made me laugh. Probably the first Saville related joke that has. So well done you.

May I ask why? I would also suspect that since the recession and the UK's monetary rigor mortis that mass immigration is sorting itself out.

Basically, my political viewpoints reflect those of the majority of people that I know but there isn't a single Party that represents these views.
Because it is up there with 'people starving in Africa makes me sad' on the political ideology scale. I.e. it's not really a political persuasion at all.

I think I'm centre-left, and fairly liberal in my views.

Basically I believe in supporting the areas of society which need supporting, and other than that pretty much people should be able to do as they like as long as it doesn't cause harm to others unduly.

The world is going mad. Me? I'm doing fine.
