Arnie's sagging old chicken neck was becoming a problem even in Terminator 3 (Since when do the terminator's metal neck rods crease under skin folds?) 10yrs later, when at least 60% of his body weight is sagging skin, he's going to look bloody ridiculous trying to pull it off again.
The franchise just needs to be dropped, T1 and T2 won't be beaten, just give it up.

I've heard that the Austrian Oak is a bit "rusty" in The Last Stand having not acted in lots of years.Well the upside it - the Terminator does not need a lot of "acting" per-se... being wooden and cold is the point.

It's weird how Expendables happened and went "LOOK, 80s ACTION FILMS WERE GREAT" and now in the space of a month we've got Schwartzenegger, Stallone and Bruce Willis action films coming out, and they look mostly shit, kind of negating the whole thing.
