    Seems that visibility wasnt that great. Makes you wonder why in the hell you'd be out in a helicopter then.

    OMFG! I used to commute that way to work, I would've been on that road aounrd that time! :o

    One of my colleagues came in this morning saying "OMG it's just been on the news a helicopter has crashed into a train!"

    I couldn't help but be a bit disappointed when I read it was a crane.

    I live 5 minutes walk from there, on the news you can see one of our Capgemini offices with the smoke behind it. Had no idea this morning though, just wandered to the underground as normal and didn't see anything.

    This story is everything that's wrong with the BBC these days, you'd think the Queen and Obama had been in the helicopter going by all the coverage on their website.

    I don't know. At least they are covering an actual event that happened in a major domestic city. As opposed to what dress Madonna is wearing this week in Milan or something.
