Can you recommend similar music please?

Got album sigh no more couple months back and love it but I'm normally into more urban music so have zero knowledge about this folk music.

    They look outstanding live too.

Try Fleet Foxes and Grizzly Bear. Both massively superior whilst in a similar genre I guess.

Serious answer - I'd say that you'd love Kings of Convenience.

    A-Ha's/Simon and Garfunkel's mutant love-children.

Not exactly Folk, but very mellow and catchy acoustic tunes. Simply impossible to dislike.

Mumford and Sons are the perfect example of everything that's wrong with music today.

    As in, they're fucking shit.

    Bumford & Sons?! Seriously?! PAAHAHAHA!

Well at least I now know not to give your comments in the David Bowie thread any credence what so ever.

So the guy wants some advice on similar bands and some folk just come in to slag the band off? It's like turning up to an Elvis convention and shouting "Elvis is shit hur hur hur" when obviously the people in that room don't think so, so what's the point in doing it? Oh, I forgot, it's the internet, where twats rule.

On subject, of Monsters and Men are a similar vibe I like a bit of their stuff might want to give them a try? That song Little Talks is cool. Good vid too.
