So what you all up to.

I've convinced myself I don't wanna go out so I'm going to sit alone in my flat and fly into a fit of depression and self hated and bitterness when I hear the chimes go off and people cheering.

    HAPPY NYE, CUNTS

I'm staying in. Been out a lot over Xmas and I'm out a lot over the next week and a half.

I'm taking a break tonight. Fuck it, I'll probably watch a film and miss the whole thing.

    Anyway...

The Resident Evil films. I'm one of the reasons they keep making them.

I am with the folks this year, so I won't be moaning at how boring and MOR the hootenanny is this year.

Cubby didn't know how to turn off sigs!

Kids in bed. Me and the wife a dvd or two + takeaway. Might get an hour on the 360, as she will be doing OU work. I'm at the Gym tomorrow at 07:00, so will be fast asleep by midnight I hope.Until Pompey Dockyard awaken me with various wank horns and fireworks.

New Years Eve is just another day to me, never enjoyed it, well at least I have not gone out on it for 17 years.

Why would you want to go out, have a good chance of getting into a fight (inner city lowlife scum, Thatchers Britain etc)get ripped off by any club/pub you want to go to and so on.

"Duffman the grey is thrusting in the direction of the problem! Oh, yeah!"

Sitting at home with champagne, fois gras, sausisson and A Mont d'Or in the oven. Even without the 10 week old to look after, I'd still choose this over going out on amateur night.

Can't be arsed with it this year. Been a miserable cunt of late and don't want to inflict that on my mates and grinch up their celebrations.

Staying home with a couple of awesome bottles of wine, some games or maybe a movie and hopefully passing out drunk before midnight..

Staying in with the missus, puppy and a few drinks. Got some sparklers and a small firework/sparkler thing which we might go outside with later.

Gonna go to the bottle shop for some wine and vodka then drop by a friend's house to play some cornhole, (look it up. GIS unsafe search...) Then home to fix the back door and chill for a bit before heading over to my boss' house for some celebrating.

Not going out into town as I'm over the effort. Much prefer to hang out with some friends a few doors down the street and stumble home. It's as close as I can get to going out while stayin in.

That sounds far too social for this thread Khanivor. Can't you throw in some drinking alone and cry-wanking?

The night hasn't even started. The way things have been going of late I wouldn't be so surprised if the evening obliges and finds me sitting at the PC sloshing wine onto the keyboard at 3.48AM

Nothing. My stupid friends are either staying in being all fucking coupley or are elsewhere. Twats.

    A cry-wank is inevitable.

This. Just some fizzy, watching tele and bed before midnight. Do the same every year.

I figure that I'm out enjoying myself the rest of the year so I give this night to those boring fuckers who won't touch another drink until next Christmas.

On call tomorrow so just having a few beers and watching Frankie Boyle.

Which is a happy excuse as I hate going out on NYE.

Bake it in its box, it turns to cheesy gloop which, when spooned over boiled new potatoes, is a bit too good.
