We still need to give the other (female) cat some encouragement to join in at feeding time (male one is fine), but that's pretty much all we're having to do. The rest of the time they do their own thing.
Oh, and she thinks the litter tray is a kind of sandpit, where the aim is to remove all the litter from the tray in the most destructive way
