Seems a bit weird that you need to do it via the miiverse user menu to work properly. Am I right in thinking that both parties need to add each other manually for it to work 100%???

Registered 6 years ago@dogmanstaruk Hey, I done the invites with the Friends list and with that you need the other person to enter your NI to be friends so I just went on Miiverse and serched by name and sent a FR that way. It takes a little bit longer but the person then receives the request and all they need to do is accept it.
Ive added everyone off the list who I was able to send FR to some still havent activated it I think as the box I would normally click is still grey

Agreed. Hope Razz gets round to updating the first post to suggest people use friend requests via Miiverse rather than manually swapping NNIDs through the friend list. It's the only true way to do it!

Registered 4 years agoI can see why they still have the 'Friends List' icon, but it's something they could easily integrate into Miiverse.
Speaking of Miiverse, I like how the activity feed singles out all of your friends posts on Miiverse. Considering how many people post in those communities, it's good to know the posts you're interested in wont disappear into obscurity.3DS: 4210 4002 8289 (Dave)
