    @NeverEatYellowSnow

Once downloaded its registered as a purchase so you can redownload later as long as your playstation plus subscription is valid.

You're better off downloading and then backing up to PC via the content manager. Quicker than re-downloading.

    @Kilters

I can't actually download it due to not having enough storage. I've only selected it to download. So I need to download it completely, install it etc. then I would be able to do it again on a larger memory card?

Edit: apologies. Just re-read 'once downloaded' - thanks for the help. I'll see if I can take off some app etc... to squeeze it on :)

can you use this content manager to transfer games over wifi or do you have to physically plug in? :)

Just in case you are not aware. When purchasing you have to add the little big planet and memory card to your basket. If you just buy the console on its own that's what you get. That's what the lady in Argos said anyway :)

You don't have to download it first to still have access in my experience. I've 'purchased' but not downloaded and was able to go back a few days later and download.

Full disclosure, I use the US playstation market but pretty sure it's the same for UK.

I took the plunge and picked up the offer from Argos. Thanks for heads up :)

I was defo off buying one due to the cost of the card.

Apologies for being a donut but currently I have a 4g card, if I download uncharted from ps+ but don't have enough memory is the fact that I've tried to download it enough for me to be able to re download it on a larger memory card once the offer is taken off? Hope that makes sense.
Anything on Plus you don't really want or aren't sure about, claim it and immediately stop the download, and it will always remain in your download history for you to re-download in the future provided you still subscribe to Plus.

Tbh the easiest way is just to "purchase" them via the website using a PC. All you have to do is go through the checkout process, you dont need to actually start a download.

Play Guacamelee! It's bloody awesome. Best Metroidvania game I've played since Super Metroid.

Really like the Rayman Origins demo. Loved it on the 360, feels made for a handheld experience

I bought a controller grip, along with the Vita. Couldn't recommend one enough.

Origins is amazing on Vita. Feels like it's what you're supposed to play it on.

    Can't wait for Legends.

You don't need to download it.
Go to the web version of the PlayStation store and go through the checkout process there.
Its easier to use than the Vita store.

do psp games from the store only play with a reduced screen size?

are ps minis the equivalent of the indie games on xbla?
  • Deleted user 1 June 2013 22:02:52

PSP games always stretch to play full-screen, with the option for smoothing.

PS Minis were Sony's first stab at low priced mobile-type games. There are some real gems in there, but most are nothing more than over-priced mobile games.

    The better ones (IMO) are:
A Space Shooter for 2 Bucks
    Monsters (Probably) Stole my Princess
    OMG-Z
    Velocity

Some Minis have been remade into proper PSN titles (such as Velocity Ultra)

Has anyone used the Sony Facebook page to claim a free 30 day ps+ subscription.
Filled the details in for my friend(trying to convince him t sign up-idiot!) must be 4 days and still no email.

I remember using that before Christmas, and it was a good couple of weeks or so before I actually got the email - by which time I'd already signed up to a full sub. So yeah, don't hold your breath!

I got Limbo for Vita for free on the web store today, because it is a cross buy title and I got the PS3 version while it was on Plus's IGC. I genuinely didn't think that'd work. \o/

It does? I was hoping it might, but put that down to wishful thinking. Probably will play it on the Vita then :-)
  • Deleted user 5 June 2013 17:12:50
I know I keep harping on about it but I can't recommend Limbo enough.
