Who are the only two NBA players in history that have won the MVP award for the season to not have been from the USA?

I don't think many people know anything about basketball.

    Bryan Adams? He is Canadian.

Oh dear. OK. I'll give two more big clues before I call it a day and do another.

One plays for the lakers now, but won his two MVPs playing for the suns. He's short, white and a point guard. His first name is Steve and he's Canadian.

The other plays for the mavericks and has done for a while. He is a tall, white, German power forward. His first name is Dirk.

Boom! Steve Nash. What a legend.

    The other was Dirk Nowitzki.

You got one Trane? I've got one in storage if not; I was thinking I'd have to do another.

    OK, no basketball.

    Easy one this.

Name 5 rulers/leaders/whatever of European countries in the 19th Century. Each one must be for a different country.

Steve Nash is correct. He was born in Johannesburg.

Quite a sweet video of him:

@LeoliansBro Your go. Although wasn't Ludwig ruler of one of the German microstates, rather than Austria? I could be wrong.
