    Yeah, the Botany Bay counts. Given nobody else has any thoughts, go for it Gambit:

    (could also have had Enterprise, Reliant, Grissom, Excelsior, Yorktown, Enterprise (again), and I think the only alien ship named was V'Ger)

    I knew The Reliant, The Excelsior (but from Next Gen with Sulu as capt), the yorktown and the botany bay, so I fail.
