    Details here.

I suspect it'll be much like the other ones. Big fucking robots smacking the shit out of each other. But this time, it'll be a lot more 'adult'.

The Resident Evil films. I'm one of the reasons they keep making them.

On the side, it can't get any worse than the last three.

I wish people would stop going to see these films. Their box office returns just validate Hollywood's continued exploitation of the retarded average moviegoer. 3 was basically a US Army recruitment advert disguised as a film about giant robots fighting.

Michael Bay should NOT even have a movie career.

No. But he does 'transform' into an actor!

Just out of interest, what did you make of the first three Beastmaster? Films of the year?

My main excuse for seeing these is continuing to make sure Peter Cullen gets paid. Even though Prime has been bastardised in these films, I hear that voice and my heart just melts.

The first film is a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine.

The next two are obviously utter dross.

I quite liked the first one. A bit too much of the of the "No! No! No!" from LaBeouf though.

Although that applies * 1000% for the sequel. One of the worst ever sequels since Highlander 2. The usual kind of overblow mess that Bay is tarnished with. Everything that is bad about him is highlighted here.

The third I'm not really sure about. I saw it months after the cinema release on Blu-Ray. I can remember the first two quite well but not much about this one at all. Apart from the cameos and there not being rapid cuts every 3 seconds. And the blonde bint.

The one thing that I think was really well done in all 3 Transformers films was that the robots seemed as though they had weight. Say what you want about Bay, I don't recall seeing any of his films with unfinished effects in.

I pretty much treat all of thesse films as special effects showcases. Defo not films of the year. Yet, I find this one rather intriguing.

I don't think Bay is all bad. The Rock and Bad Boys are decent films. As for his shooting style, I can't see it changing for this.

The Resident Evil films. I'm one of the reasons they keep making them.

The third one had the editing style of a bad Eastenders episode. I gave up on it after 40 minutes as none of the scenes seemed to be relevant to anything else that was happening.

I think you can thank the budget for that, really. It's not like the directors sit there doing the FX themselves.

These films are complete and utter nonsense. The cinema equivalent of a parent jingling a set of keys to grab a baby's attention.

I can't wait for the scene where he's slightly out of breath and a bit high pitched when trying to explain something.

I can't wait for the scene where I pause it and check the box because I've realised it isn't Guy Pearce.

LB, you really are a massive geek.

And asking a plant if he can go to the toilet. I like that bit.

I dont think there is a single frame in any of the films that contains a full transformer. Its all close ups of random bits of metal.

    Idea for a TV show:

Tranny Formers - Following the day to day lives of the UK's most successful sex change surgeons. Narrated by that kid off the Antiques Road Show.

Wouldn't it be awesome if you could change what sex you were at will.

I would be a slutty 18 year old girl for a week. Could be fun.
