    Got this a few days ago.

    Some people say it beats War of the Roses. I wouldn't know. But it is fun as hell.

    Yesterday my entire team were having a fistfight. We didn't realise the match had started until the opposite team came running over the hill, and slaughtered us all whilst we were still boxing each other like idiots. It was hilarious.

    This game is silly and fun. Best multiplayer fun I've had in ages.

    Played the beta. Wish I'd bought it over War of Roses actually. It's terrific fun, the sounds are great and the feel you get when you cleave someone in two is awesome.

    So close to clicking Purchase, but apparently it's being overrun with cheats and hacks now. Can anyone confirm if this is true? Really want to try it out!

    Just read the review, and it really sounds like my cup of tea. Not sure on all the hacks though, but I'm going to give it a go.

    Anyone want to get an EG crowd going?

    How much is it? I might wait for the inevitable sale but the review made it sound great fun, if a bit novelty

    It's 19 quid on steam at the moment, I'm just looking around for a bit cheaper. It probably won't last that long, but you never know, and it's been a while since I participated in some mindless online violence :)

    Bought it in the Steam sale but I couldn't get past the feint tutorial, I'm certainly doing what it says but it never registers.

    The tutorial seems pretty hit and miss (badum tish) in how well it works at all, perhaps I should just dive head first into an MP game?

    Just head straight into the fray. The mechanics are simple enough to be picked up immediately, and the best way to gain a finer command of them is to experiment under pressure (i.e. mostly by getting your limbs lopped off).

    It's about £9 on GMG with their 25% off code - but they're not letting me buy it for some reason :'(

    I picked this up for £9 on the steam flash sale. It's damn good fun but buggy (had the same feint tutorial issue and 360 pad buttons don't display) and horribly unoptimised. I'm having trouble getting 60fps at low settings on a i7 6870 combo. I'm guessing from the popularity that these issues will get resolved eventually. They want to do e-sports with it apparently.

    Not sure about cheaters 100% but a guy with 48 kills to no deaths seems mighty suspect.

    It's free this weekend on steam

    I bought it in the steam christmas sale, but I've only had a chance to play the tutorial bit.

    I think I need to start playing this properly.

    for the people that have played it, how much fun is it? And is it rife with cheaters?

    I can't wait to try the demo for this. Not sure I'll enjoy it in the long term but looks like a great laugh.

    This was the best game I ever played. For two hours. I haven't switched it on since then.

    Fun of a swimming pool. Depth of a paddling pool.

    Yeah it looks like it would be a laugh for a weekend with a few mates on voice comms not really taking it too seriously.

    After that I can't see much appeal. Maybe I'll answer that next weekend...

    It's worth trying, for sure, and I hope these guys make enough money to do a Chivalry 2 or something because with a bit more depth and a few more game modes it would be on my constant go-to gaming list.

    One of the worst performing Unreal engine games I've tried in awhile. I was getting low frames on 720p, with all the graphics options tuned to their lowest setting. And that was in the tutorial! It made me worried to try out an actual online battle.

    Usually my laptop can handle UE3 games pretty well.
