I played recently in the new game, which is just being developed - Brickrunner. In the game, you can only build yet. But it could be funny See the video:|
On Friday, will be published next update version 0.2, and in two weeks will be available completely new version with a second layer of bricks (as there will be trees and things like chairs, tables, lifts, etc.) and above all, the multiplayer mode and map generator. In the future, developers promise mining, crafting, RPG elements (XP, skill points) and many more surprises ...
If all developers promise will be in the game, it will be a hit comparable to Terraria and Minecraft. For sure it will look more nicely. Because textures in the game are excellent, and floated dirt and stone - amazing ...
What do you think?

Now the developers working on dynamic lights. You will have to discover the caves with torches...
They will add new resources and items (real minig and crafting), character leveling and enemies in near future.
More about Brickrunner you could find on http://brickrunner.com
What do you think about this project. I'm sure it looks better than Terraria, but I hope it will be at least equally playable.

I see you say you work for them in another thread on another forum, which is great - it's always nice to see someone from a developer take the time to engage with the community
For what it's worth, I quite like the look Brickrunner. It's quite a distinctive style, especially with the new lighting model. It certainly has a lot of potential, though I'd love to see it really take ownership of something new. A deeper XP system where you can specialise in certain skills, as an example. I don't know what's really planned though. I'll certainly keep an eye on it though, it could end up very interesting.

I hate it when developers come on with 3 posts and just pretend to be some casual observer, it's completely obvious and makes me want to not look at your game, just be honest !

I'm not a developer, but I'm the part of Brickrunner team. I engage in community of Brickrunner.
Sorry if I sounded like casual gamer.
Thanks DFawkes, some information you could find on our website. Description_here. Now we are going to add new resources (and new map generator), and then real mining and crafting.
