    Ah, good old spicy sausages.

Ó mar salgado, quanto do teu sal
    São lágrimas de Portugal!
Por te cruzarmos, quantas mães choraram,
    Quantos filhos em vão rezaram!
    Quantas noivas ficaram por casar
Para que fosses nosso, ó mar!

At this time of night? Try using Yelp and looking for spicy sausage. It's actually pretty accurate for where I live. But I somehow don't think the deli will be open.

The Resident Evil films. I'm one of the reasons they keep making them.

There's an amazing chorizo stand at Borough Market that serves them hot in a bun with rocket and a grilled pepper. They are epic.

The taste I don't mind but it always pulls the bloody filling out when you try and take a bite.
