I just wanted to know how long it takes for an ignored user to actually be blocked from view? I've blocked a couple of users today, but they're still appearing. I'm also having people I've blocked a while back appear too.

Depends who you've blocked - sometimes they can bribe/blackmail the mods to get off your list just to wind you up. Who did you block? Was it that mrpon tosser?

It should block them straight away. PM craigy or sharpkiddie and let them know it's not working.

    I totally called it.

I wonder if it's possible to block everyone and find yourself in an empty post-apocalypse forum?

You can block yourself, which leads to hilarity as people reply to a you who isn't there...

Any chance of some sort of confirmation step when you ignore someone? It really feels like it's far too easy to accidentally ignore people, especially with touch devices. If I every check my list there's guaranteed to be people on it I didn't mean to put there.

Can you tell us who it is? An ignore isnt an ignore unless they know about it. Preferably by PM.

Or an advert in the times.

If someone is ignored, but there's no one there to tell them they're ignored, are they still ignored? That's the new 'does a falling tree make a sound if there's no one there to hear it?'.

I just checked and I seem to have stompy on ignore.

I cant decide whether that was by accident or my subconscious acting on my behalf.

I love it when I see this type of thing from a deleter.
