It's annoying and dumb. How do I opt out? If that's not possible then that's also annoying and dumb.

Switch to HD mode then make your window 1080 pixels wide or less, so you won't be able to see your PM notifier unless you scroll right.

Cubby didn't know how to turn off sigs!

    Nothing in the message

You probably have adblock or something blocking the contents.

While I'm all for EG using advertising to fund a site I enjoy for free, this was a particularly crappy, spammy ad-mail!

Note to advertisers. Offer me something I actually want, or somethign I'm intrigued by, and I'll actually click on your ad. Otherwise it's insta-deleted.

I generally don't mind (I still don't given I do play a couple of those games) but the subject and content are the closest to proper spam we've had. "Your Items Have Arrived" just feels a little off when it could've been "Free Items for Nexon Games" or "Merry Christmas from Nexon Europe!", though to be fair I don't work in marketing so they probably went for the subject heading most likely to get opened.

You've spent more time making this thread than you will deleting spam in your inbox in the next 5 years.
