    Hi guys,

    So I bought my first gaming mouse a roccat kone +. problem is now the scroll wheel is completely wrecked from this stupid bug,

    Now I don't usually complain but i'm a massive tumblr fan and endless smooth scrolling is important.

    So what are my rights ? should roccat accept the return and fix/ send/upgrade me a new one? 50 gold coins for a mouse isn't cheap

    Have you emailed them to ask? Or read the FAQs on their website. Might be a good place to start...

    I've sent in a message to their support team last night, not heard anything but it is a weekend.

    With it being an amazon shop, they wont take responsibility because it is over three months.

    Three months? Bought this in the UK, right? Shops claiming your electronics were only designed to last 12 months is bad enough, but 3 months? If you can prove this is because of a manufacturing fault you should have no problem invoking the Sale of Goods act, or possibly something newer by now (dunno).

    Cubby didn't know how to turn off sigs!
