    WHAT?!
Is this 'as a teacher at her school'? Because I've pretty sure it's open season to fuck anything that's old enough to remember Johnny Bravo

LB, you really are a massive geek.

The why is that he seems like a fucking idiot.

It also makes you question the quality of teachers teaching our children.

Any 30 year old man who "falls in love" with a 15 year old girl is mentally handicapped surely. What did they bond over, a mutual 1Direction obsession? Sylvanian Families collection? Panini sticker trading? These things are all great for snaring a bit of underage snatch, but come on bro she'll be legal before you know it.
Funny that the disbelief in this thread seems more centred around 'I can't believe he did this, they have nothing in common' rather than 'I can't believe he did this, abusing his position of power and authority and willingly breaking the law to blamboozle a child'.
For the majority of the world this is a perfectly fine courtship, you just have outdated western views!!

Under 18 and in your care, eg a student at your school = offence.

In another school = bang away.

Best that we specify under 18 *and* over 16. Deckard, turn the van around.

if you have nothing intresting to say then you might as well just throw your bags on the truck and drive away

Age of consent is 15 in France I think. Not sure that's massively relevant, but it might be.

Yep, although it's reversed for men and women because the French still live in the late 50s (see the Stella Cidre 'hilarious' adverts. Don't drink that shit though, it's awful). So women take seven years off their age and then double it.

And doesn't count. For me, for instance.

Oooh, interesting. Is a nonce-offence based on the who or the where?

Because the latter is fucking broken, but possible.

Just knowing some of those from Uni that went on to be teachers is enough to do that.

What I can't work out is how he thought running off to France could possibly end well. Cleay tapped. And a nonce of course.

Age of consent in Japan is 14, but there are rules about the age gap which i can't think of off the top of my head.

Must be the where. That's the whole basis of the sex tourism industry isn't it?
