Bayonetta 2 for Wii U, published by Nintendo.

As confirmed by the Nintendo Direct announcement.

EDIT: Massive fail with my typo in the thread title! Can a mod correct?

Sorry about the pants OP but a little over-excited. I thought it'd never happen. Wii U or not, this is great news. I was going to buy a Wii U just for NSMBU, now I'm going to be able to justify the expense even more easily.

Guess I'll be getting a WiiU now. But there's no spare HDMI port on my TV... hmm.

Guess I'll be getting another HDTV as well.

I'm mildly surprised at the fact that there will be a Bayonetta 2, and very surprised that it's a Wii U exclusive! Interesting.

Wow. That's some coup for Nintendo.

Renamed. Removed the "confirmed" as well because knowing the EG search would get confused :)

dear god, it's own thread already.

the term 'exclusive' means nothing these days.
True if the publisher were multi-platform but Nintendo are publishing so it depends on what deal has been agreed with PG about the development.
