Dam. His haircut made him look totally at home sneaking about in the bushes peeping at stuff. He brought pervert chic to children's TV. He was much better than the lispy one as well.

    RIP nutters

Fish fingers and chips pretty straight forward.

He had his fingers bitten off by an otter.

    That's weird.

I met him once and spent the whole time staring at his finger. Stupid kids.

He was a brilliant kids presenter. He managed to hold my attention for 30 minutes for a show that wasnt cartoons beating each other up, which is as high praise as anyone can get.

He was a great stright man to Johnny Morris.
I too loved Animal Magic. He had a 'pet' otter I think...possibly the one that bit his finger off?

Actually, I was an idiot and posted it into the wrong section :)

Anyway, RIP Nutkins. The Really Wild show was one of the best shows on TV when I was growing up.

I'll have to tell my mum. He took Tiger cubs into the vets she used to work at.

"He had his fingers bitten off by an otter.

    That's weird."

Half of a finger, by one of the otters in the film Ring of Bright Water.
