|That was a well controlled race from Weir.|

Bloody hell! Can any British team run the Relay like it's meant to be run?
Jeez what is it with British athletes and handing over the baton?! Lucky to get the bronze after that. Phew.
edit: oh on replay there's surely no way they've got it.

Good to see the woman's 4x100m relay have been taking tips from men's team. Surely a disqualification as they were outside changeover zone.
Wow they kept it!

Murderball starts at 2pm \o/
If you haven't watched it, The Last Leg paralympics round-up show has been hit & miss but tonight's show was really good. +1 it, or 4OD.
Oscar did really well today, seems like a nice chap. Still want Peacock to win tomorrow though.
Missed the show as i was at the stadium watching it live
Crackin evening of athletics, the 4x100s were especially awesome.
Seen Oscar run live 3 times now, he was amazing.
dont suppose anyone knows anywhere where i can download and keep any of the C4 paralympic stuff?
i'd quite like a copy of last nights show to keep for myself.
The blind triple jump seems very cruel.
Amazing that they have the balls to do it though!
They need to use a much wider pit than the current one - far too narrow.
What a race from Weir!
Great from Weir and another gold from Peacock in the T44 100M, good stuff at the stadium tonight.

This night feels like the equivalent of Super Saturday that Team GB had in the Olympics. Beating France in the murderball and three brilliant golds in the stadium. Great stuff, thoroughly enjoyed watching tonight.

Oscar was incredibly gracious in defeat - he seemed genuinely chuffed for Johnny Peacock. Hope he wins the 400m.

is there just one 100m final then or several of them?
There are a few but they are based on different disabilities.
GB's Rachel Morris + Karen Darke crossed line holding hands so could share handcycling bronze. Judges ordered photo finish + gave to Morris
Should be strung up.
I thought it was nice. History doesn't care who comes 3rd.
Nearly time for 400m bladeathon heats.
100m above knee first - Whitehead's are a mad design. Seems a bit unfair putting single and double amputees in together for that - Whitehead could never catch up.
Edit: And Oscar takes his at a jog, barely broke a sweat.

Hopefully next Olympics there will be enough competitors to allow T43 and T44 to have different events. Two blades have a distinct advantage at 200 and 400 but the slower start means they're left behind at 100.

THEY'VE GOT FLAMETHROWERS! LUCKY BASTARDS!
Someone should use the flamethrowers on the Channel 4 director.

I'm liking all the hugging going on.
Pretty good. Not a fan of Chris Martin though.
