    Just bought an ice cream maker trying this as a first recipe Raspberry Riple be out soon :D

    anyone else have any decent recipes? any decent low fat ones? Anyone have the Ben & Jerrys book?

    Frozen yoghurt is low fat. Still tons of sugar though.

    There's a couple of interesting ones in a Fearnley-Whittingstall book I have. Beetroot & chocolate and pea & mint. Never tried them, but I'm definitely curious about how they'd be.

    And then you need to try the super lemon ice cream recipe (think that's what it's called).

    Which ice cream maker would people recommend? There's a highly reviewed one on sale on Amazon at the moment (Andrew James Ice Cream Maker) which I'm tempted to take a punt on.

    Will definitely pick that book up, angeltreats, once I get a handle on some of the basic recipes.
