Low fat ice cream? Does not compute.

Frozen yoghurt is low fat. Still tons of sugar though.
Have you tried it frozen?

There's a couple of interesting ones in a Fearnley-Whittingstall book I have. Beetroot & chocolate and pea & mint. Never tried them, but I'm definitely curious about how they'd be.

You need to buy this book immediately.
And then you need to try the super lemon ice cream recipe (think that's what it's called).

Which ice cream maker would people recommend? There's a highly reviewed one on sale on Amazon at the moment (Andrew James Ice Cream Maker) which I'm tempted to take a punt on.
Will definitely pick that book up, angeltreats, once I get a handle on some of the basic recipes.
