    Ohh that's near the T+C/Forum isn't it?.
Yep. It's about 5-10 min walk from K-Town tube. And it's great. Not much of a dinner place mind. It's a small shack behind another restaurant. Corrugated metal shed. Don't go there expecting a social dinner for a few hours!

Today I got a Mcdonalds double cheeseburger and inserted a whole 99p chicken mayo in between the burgers of the double. Highly recommended!

/MUSIC BEGINS TO THUMP TO EUROPE'S "The Final Countdown" Da da DAAAA da da da da da DAAAAAAAAA Yes, it's number 20! This valiant burger warrior is on the final stretch! only 10 more to go!

Without further ado, I present, no.20 - THE MONA LISA.

A juicy beef patty in a chibatta bun with garlic mayo, sliced olives, sun dried tomatoes, rocket, red onion, and Gorgonzola cheese. Original

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------

    NOTES

The original called for an olive chibatta but I could only find a regular chibatta.

There should have been some pancetta here too but... I forgot to pick it up when shopping... hey, don't judge me! lol

With this one I didn't try to copy the look of the original too much and just loaded up the burger with ingredients. This is more of a cover of the song.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------

Another damn fine burger. The blue cheese and rocket are both things that work so well with the juicy beef flavours from the ribeye patty. The sun dried tomatoes and olives come in strong with their flavours. The garlic mayonaise lubricates and mingles with the juices. If this burger is a song it's a rock song with the amp turned way up! It's LOUD! Maybe there is a bit too much going on here with this burger. It's a great burger but I think it would do with being paired back a bit. Maybe just the blue cheese, rocket, red onion and mayo would have been enough. The olives and sun dried tomatoes are another really intense couple of flavours among already intense flavours. Still, that said, It was fucking tasty and the dog nearly didn't get any :-D

Next up, and it's 9 to go... Number 21 - The Couch Potato

It's honestly really nice! The chicken adds a pleasant crunch.

If they still did them, I would get a McRib and put an apple pie in it. Pork & apple, surely this would be delicious.

I'm sure I've seen something like that called a Land, Sea and Air burger.
One from their 'secret' menu or some such bollocks.

FYI there's a year's supply of Corney and Barrow burgers free to whoever eats the most burgers there in February

Cheers :-) If you are in London, have you tried byron or meat liquor? They do mighty fine burgers. Byron is a chain that's all over London and expanding into Kent.
When I'm over next I'll put burger on the menu. Although I don;t think I can go have a burger at any place called Haché. We had a school trip to Paris when I was 14. The bus stopped at a sort of Petrol station restaurant on the last day before we headed off home. We all got a voucher for food and drink which was basically only enough to buy the cheapest item on the menu and a coke. "Steak haché" was the cheapest item. About 80 kids ordered it, sort of expecting a burger. It was just some really cheap ass ground meat not even vaguely shaped into a patty and it tasted absolutely vile. Just reading the word haché gives me flashbacks. :-)

Good job on the latest burger Bob. The only thing I keep wondering though. How the hell do you eat those things. Surely after the first (attempt to) bite, you have 60% of the burger strewn all over your plate.

Pics! I think it should be a double cheeseburger, then the entire mayo chicken (with bun) then the fillet o fish (with bun) inserted between the burgers of the double.

Challenge 1: avoid the Big Issue vendors
Challenge 2: avoid tripping over the plethora of pushchairs inside said diner
    Challenge 3: avoid contracting BSE

I think maybe take the bottom bun off the chicken mayo.

    So it goes:

    bun
    cheese
    beef
    bun
    chicken
    bun
    cheese
    fish
    bun
    cheese
    burger
    bun

That is epic, I want it.

    I seek burger knowledge.

Where can I get burgers that are not stupidly thick? I'm thinking around mcd's thinness but fairly large in circumference.
