    Hi,

    I have recently upgraded my phone and thus my operating system. On my old phone I had a keyboard layout where I could press a key and swipe down to get a different character, swipe down on Q to get 1 and G to get ? for example.

    On my new phone I cant do this and I have to switch between pages which I find annoying, is there anyway to set this up or can I download a different keyboard to use?

    Can anyone recommend any other keyboards?

    I recommend Swiftkey. Pisses on all other keyboards.

    Just downloaded Touchpal, I like it but there is no @ symbol on the main keyboard, gonna check out some of the other suggestions.

    I remember using SwiftKey, it's not the one twelveways is after but it is a really good keyboard. It's almost magic, I've written entire texts with it just having to type the first word!

    Swift key is my preferred keyboard as well. Helps that the Neon theme fits very well with ICS.
