It's pretty much a mash-up of Burnout Paradise and NFS Hot Pursuit, with added performance customisation and probably other things that we're not aware of yet. I'm getting it day 1. -

I'll be picking up Horizon at a later stage but this has my undivided attention.
It played wonderfully at the Expo and I can't wait to explore all the nooks and crannies of the city and the surrounding area. -

no doubt it will have its trademark mugshot need-a-fucking-camera trophy though, and fuck it up for everyone.
hot pursuit is still awesome fun, and possibly the best looking game this gen. -

NO. Maybe you're not. You made something in such difference to the series it purports to be part of, that many people don't consider it a part of said franchise, don't consider them like parts.
MW: I made a Burnout game this year! It's hilarious when you see, 'That's not a Burnout game'. And I'm like, oh really? Aren't we the best judges of that?
The people you are providing content for, actually do get to decide how they feel about it! Surprising, maybe.

wonder how it'll stand up to hot pursuit. hated the open world of burnout paradise, it was a mess. bit worried in that regard, but still getting it no matter what. -

Registered 4 years ago@anthonypappa - Burnout Paradise and Hot Pursuit are my only 2 Platinums. Personally I preferred the open-world setting of Paradise to the very linear approach of Hot Pursuit. It looks like they've addressed the concern of having an open world in Most Wanted by having checkpoints that you can follow... if you want. -

Registered 11 years agoOh don't get me wrong - Saturday night and Sunday in Hong Kong. Tour a couple of factories in China on Monday and Tuesday, conference Wednesday to Friday and then fly back.
But all the while I'll be wondering what times Collymilad, SaucyGeoff and mikew1985 will have been putting in.gif)

Registered 10 years agoOn that subject, does anyone know if the Vita version has an online pass? Obviously it will on console, but I'm pretty sure stuff like Fifa on Vita didn't, so it's not clear. It'd be nice not to have to buy it on PSN. -

Well who knows - maybe I won't get on as well with the handling in Most Wanted? I've been replaying a bit of Burnout Paradise recently (my four-year-old son loves watching it) and I definitely don't get on with that as well as I did with HP.
It's only if I know that I can do it that I'll try - I've long since given up trying to best some of you lot's times in Trials Evolution, for example -
