The emat is easy, it hardly matters TBH. And beer of course. But then what?
It's the details that make or break a meal, especially BBQ. I'll do my trusty old staples but I would like to try something new.
Here's what I will have so far:
French potato salad (basically vinaigrette instead of mayo/sour cream dressing)
Mango Chutney mixed with Crème Fraiche
Feta cheese dip
It's mostly dips, snacks I would like to get tips on.
