It sounds like the perfect place to work but at the same time the scariest. I work best when I have structure although that may be due to not being talented enough to be at valve lol

Neat how they can be allowed to be so creative. They might not release a lot of games or the game users want but the end result is usually great as they are passionate about what their doing and want to do it to begin with for themselves.
